How do I track (check the status of) a Ground or Express package/shipment without the airbill tracking number?

If you do not have access to a tracking number, you can still track your shipments by using our Alternate Reference Tracking application. For your Express shipments you may track by reference number.

Although the Tracking Page can provide up-to-date package status information, we are currently unable to predict the exact delivery time for a particular package. Additionally, security concerns would prevent us from releasing the information.

A shipment has been placed on hold pending to the delivery station because it was a of an unpresidented TAX Fee situation or due to an incorrect address or a recipient was unavailable. In many cases delivery is re-attempted the next day..

Some tracking numbers in the system are recycled, and the Tracking Page may display information from another shipment, in addition to, or instead of yours. To address this concern, we have revised the package Express Tracking Page to request an approximate ship date.

How long does it takes for my package to be delivered?

Our Delivery system is very fast, package express useually gets delivered between 4-6 working days and two weeks if the package faced an unpresidented issues.

You can track your shipment using our website or one of our online portals. Usually your merchant or online shop sends you a link to track your shipment. Simply Insert your tracking number from the track control and click on track now.

You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the confirmation by our merchant or online shop. The reason it takes time to see tracking events is because the first event is created once the shipment is handed to us, i.e. once the shipment has departed the fulfillment center of your merchant or online shop.
